We have been using whole grains and unprocessed foods since we have opend.
It is the only way we know how to cook.
We grind our own spelt flour and make most of our foods that we serve at the shop
or in our caterings. We use fresh vegetables and fruits, and our free range raised
beef is used in many of our dishes. We use White Diamond Ranch sausage that also
is free of hormones and whatever else commercial packing plants put in thier meat.
We have been working on our Gluten Free Menu to meet the needs of our customers.
We have some delicious Fruit Smoothies with natural sugars as well as our Popular
Lemonade Shake-ups, with a perfect blend of Fresh Lemon, lime, and Orange
Of course we have awesome Coffee, we use Lone Pine for our espresso and
Newport Bay Coffee for excellent Decafe and other house coffees. We have the
hightest grade of Loose teas in town. If you love teas you must experience
the different tastes and aromas.
