HopCat Lincoln features 132 taps -- Nebraska's largest tap selection -- and "Food Your Mom Would Make if She Loved Craft Beer."
Right before we opened in 2016 in the West Haymarket, the Lincoln Journal Star called HopCat “a chain that operates like a local business.” As much as we don’t like the word “chain,” that’s pretty spot-on. Every restaurant we build is painstakingly crafted to honor the spirit and culture of its neighborhood. We also work directly with the top craft brewers in each city we enter to make sure we’re supporting and celebrating the local beer culture.
That’s definitely the case at HopCat Lincoln, our eighth location, where we have 130 taps – the largest draft system anywhere in Nebraska. At least 20 taps are reserved for Nebraska-made beer, but we’ll have a menu of beers from around the world, as well as ciders and cocktails to satisfy every conceivable thirst.
No two HopCats are alike, and our eighth location offers a unique setting, where you can enjoy a drink or meal in our outdoor seating section along Canopy Street. When it’s cold, come inside and check out the black-and-white mural behind covering much of our main taproom, which is eye-popping in the natural light that pours through our floor-to-ceiling windows. Either way, your new favorite beer is waiting for you.
