Bake Superior Bread
Bake Superior Breads is currently working through the start-up stages. Co-founded by husband and wife team Andrew & Rachel Brand, our main objective is to provide the greater Ironwood/Hurley area with daily fresh bread that is made in the traditional old world fashion. All of the products we make are free from the harmful ingredients that are typically packed into the store bought bread available in our local grocery stores.
As it stands now we are unable to give an estimated opening date.

Norrie Amateur Sports Club, Inc.
The Norrie Amateur Sports Club began during the depths of the Great Depression in 1932 when a neighborhood baseball team started soliciting area businesses for donations toward uniforms. A business owner named Lundin said he would donate five dollars (a lot of money in 1932) if they were chartered as a club.
The club organized on November 1st, 1932 with 15 members present. The first club house was a chicken coop that they cleaned out and painted. During the first meeting, a motion was made to purchase 15 cents worth of kerosene for the lamps so they could see in the club house at night.
