La Strada, meaning "the street" in italian seemed to be fitting since this landmark building is situated right on the highway 88. Our executive chef is Lucia Cello-Rogers, Everything is made from scratch, organic when possible, we have fresh field to fork food, that will take a little more time because everything is made fresh , but well worth the wait. His food will have a very strong Italian influence, but we will offer some "meat and potatoes"in the mix to accommodate the requests of the people in the area.
