Founded by Canadians Greg Potten and Andrew Hashey. Greg is a business man with an eye for opportunity while Andrew founded Canadian Craft beer pioneer Picaroons Brewing Co. 20 years ago. While searching far and wide in the Caribbean for a fine craft beer they soon came to compare notes and realized that the market was incredibly without a proper alternative to mass produced lagers. Finding a small decommissioned brewery on the island of Saint Lucia was all they needed to be convinced that the risk was worth the reward, that the West Indies needed a proper craft brewer.
