GROW HQ is an urban food centre where people come to learn to GROW, COOK and EAT home-grown food.
GROW HQ is the home for the GIY movement, open to the public 7 days a week. We grow delicious, healthy seasonal produce in the garden on site. Along with other organic, chemical free, free range ingredients sourced locally, all prepared by our incredible kitchen team to maximise its nutrition and flavour. The cafe is open to the public and we cater events and meetings held on site. Our education centre offers courses and classes to teach adults, teens and children how to grow their own fruit, veg and herbs, how to harvest it and how to cook it in the state of the art demonstration kitchen. We hold seminars and information sessions where nutrition, food, health and, of course, growing food is discussed and debated. GROW HQ is a place to socialise, to eat, to learn, to work and to play.
