We are a small, specialty coffee roaster located in beautiful Ridgway, Colorado.
We purchase green coffee beans from all over the world and then roast these coffee beans in Ridgway Colorado. Small batches are our specialty and we roast just in time to ensure the highest quality and the most flavorful blends.
Come by the shop and try our coffee. We will also ship anywhere in the US.
We Focus on:
1. Buying organic, shade grown, co-op / fair trade green coffee beans from the best suppliers who specialize in co-ops and carry products that directly benefit the artisans in the countries where they live and work.
2. Preserving the environment that produces these coffees
3. Improving the livelihood of the people in the coffee producing chain
4. Roasting in small batches to assure you will get the fullest flavors
5. Giving back to our community
