About Devour: Devour Bakery has recently just moved to her new premises on Church lane ,Ballinrobe, Co. Mayo. Devour Bakery offers Freshly baked Spelt Breads, Gluten Free Breads, Brown Sodas and health loafs everyday. We also bakes a range of scones and Muffins. Our Cream Counter is stocked fresh daily with a selection of pastries to meet everyones taste. Our cupcake gallery offers up to 7 different flavoured cupcakes individually decorated and mouthwatering. We also offer cakes for all occasions, We print images onto edible paper, there is no limit to what we can put onto a cake.
Devour Wedding Cakes: Yvonne is one of the wests leading wedding cakes designers and offers bespoke cakes unique to your wedding theme. We will work with you to create the ‘WOW’ factor to your exceptionally special day.
About Yvonne: Yvonne trained as a Professional Chef in killybegs Catering College, Co. Donegal, Whilst there she was awarded 4 gold medals, a silver and a bronze in National Competitions in the decorated gateaux , Plated Dessert's and Cold Souffle categories, Yvonne was awarded a scholarship to Johnson and Wales university , Providence, Rhode Island, USA in 1997, here she gained extensive experience in her field. She completed her Culinary Arts Degree in Galway Mayo Institute of Technology and specialised in Pastry.
Yvonne lives with her husband James and their3 children on their Sheep Farm in Cross, Co, Mayo,

Cake Orders
• Chocolate Biscuit Cakes, Madeira, Chocolate Fudge, Lemon drizzle, Red Velvet & Coffee cakes must be ordered by 10am on Wednesday for the Weekend.
• Hand made items for the weekend must be in by 10am Wednesday.
• Next Day Cake Orders must be in by 3pm on previous day with the choice of Vanilla or Chocolate Sponge only.
• 50% deposit must be paid on all cakes.
• 48 Hours notice must be given when cancelling cakes, otherwise full payment must be made.
• Cakes must be collected by 3pm on Saturdays
