All the Cooking is under the laws of the food Hygiene

Any of Bliss Products are made in the Business of Bangor
but can be ordered via as & can be delivered with a delivery charge.
Who are your Suppliers ?
Most of our food we try to meet is Organic.
we sourced from local fruit and veg suppliers then to Logic Supermarkets,
But we make sure all Our fruit and vegetables,are wash in Organic apple Vinegar,

With free NUTRITION support of a better way of eating.
The Brockley Bean box can work with non-dairy/Gluten free to any dietary requirements,
The Ruabon Meal prep Kitchen is not fully Gluten Free as Gluten is cooked in this Kitchen.
But FYB is A free from Cafe and no Gluten is cooked there.
How are my Meals served ?
In Food containers which are prepared for you
which are 100% eco friendly which is making sure you & I can make positive steps to move away from plastics & switching to plant based packaging wherever possible.
