What are we all about?
We are a locally family owned restaurant group that has four Asian influenced concepts, one Charleston Coastal Comfort concept and now our newest addition to the EAT RP Family, Boulevard Burger & Brew. Simply put, a burger joint that serves the great food, craft beers, and boozy shakes all in an exciting and lively casual atmosphere. Our burgers are a NON-GMO Project certified product and 100% Organic Black Angus beef. We, however, are not going to get up on the soap box every time a guest walks in the door. All we want to convey to our guests, old and new, is that our product is the finest, freshest and most natural burger found in RVA or really just about anywhere. Your job is very simple: Know the menu inside and out. Know the beers, the cocktails, the mains, the sides….know it all. Feel good about what we sell and take that knowledge and enthusiasm to every guest you meet. We don’t want robots spieling the same thing to every table. We want your personality to shine through. Be yourself and deliver “our” message in “your” way and only then will we realize success with each guest experience which as we all know is paramount.
