This is our goal and total focus. It's a broad philosophy, admittedly. Of course we aim to apply flavor to our ales, but we also want to bring a deeper savor to the neighborhood we serve and the people we meet.
Call it "being a blessing," call it "reaching out." We call it "applying flavor."
Our beer menu consists of Old World styles from Celtic and Nordic influences as well as contemporary Northwest styles. The menu will rotate some, so be sure to the check the board at the brewery or just ask! We love conversation!
Starting with our grand opening, we will have a short menu of pistachios, a cheese platter, bread and butter, and vanilla ice cream (for beer or root beer floats!). Our bread is made daily by Alpine Bakery using our spent grain.
We aim to have food trucks most weekends and for events events. There is no set schedule at this time, so check in with us. Also, feel free to bring in your own food.
Catch up with an old friend or come with a group. Good drink brings people together, and we have a great taproom for fellowship. Or, take advantage of our free wifi and have a couple drinks while you get some work done.
