"Fresh" is in the name for a reason! We craft pasta & bread as you enter. Here you can watch the freshness transform to our kitchen and then to your table

Salvatore's Fresh Ristorante Italiano

A Letter From Jerry DeMoro:

“In 2012, Judy and I took a journey to Italy, you can see some of the 1,300 pictures taken in that month, on our
restaurant’s walls. It was life changing to say the least. On that trip we knew that we had to open this restaurant, that features fresh pasta made daily, Tuscan styled breads, amazing Italian wines and dishes we fell in love with in
Italy and their American fusions.

But why the name Salvatore? The first Salvatore in my family, my grandfather, came over from Calabria, Italy in
the 1920’s. He was a miner and had a small vineyard. My father, the second Salvatore, told stories of being hidden under his bed while Al Capone came down from Chicago to purchase his fine liquors. I was named after my father and I named my son continuing the family name down to my grandson, Salvatore Jerome DeMoro V.

We love that we can honor our Italian roots within our family, and now we are able to share it with our fantastic community here in the Ozarks. Myself, my wife Judy, and our family looks forward to sharing in fine foods, fine wines, and conversations with you and yours very soon.”

— Sincerely, Jerry DeMoro
