How do you describe a lifelong dream ? The years of planning, keeping notes, saving pictures and writing endless pages of ideas that I felt would make Carvella Cafe a memorable experience. Our mission statement, "to capture the senses in a turn back the clock experience" is but a part.... of what I hoped and planned for. Our customers, however say it best. A hidden treasure, beautiful atmosphere, cozy,, a jewel. Our homemade meals, soups ,salads and desserts...are second to none. The best produce, locally sourced meats, all carefully prepared by our talented staff. All served by the best waiting staff I have had the pleasure to work with.
It has been a journey, a true pleasure. Many of our guests are now like family. We have had many a birthday, anniversary, and just because celebrations. They keep coming back for the value, the superb quality and the ambiance. Carvella is well renowned for our famous french onion soup, ceasar salad, AAA Prime rib dinner and carrot cake, Eggs Benedict, just to name a few.
The way has been paved with tried and true. With 3.5 years behind us we are still going strong, despite the economy. Keep it simple, a menu that pleases all, with the added bonus of being able to shop while dining. A concept that works. Diversification. Whomever buys this treasure is buying a beautiful acreage with a mountain view, a carefully designed building, with a suite to live in upstairs or rent out. Stocked with all you will need, this truly is a turn-key business. There is so much potential here, to add your own touches and expand this beautiful space into so much more.
