The Mad Batter is owned by Catherine and Michele Bramlett. Catherine went to culinary school and graduated with an Associates degree in Baking and Pastry Arts with Cum Laude Honors. We specialize in cakes but it doesn't just stop there. The Mad Batter also offers cake pops, cupcakes, iced sugar cookies, pies, cheesecakes, and wedding cakes!
