After introducing the wood-oven pizza to Adelaide diners in 1989, Brunelli owners found success in creating unforgettable pizzas (including the original dessert pizza),. Brunelli founders have also had extensive involvement in charity events. Over the last decade, over 1/4million dollars has been donated to various charities as a result.
