Big Mans Rotisserie Is a Bold New Restaurant located in Husum Washington across from the Husum Hills Golf Course on the west side of Highway 141.
We are proud to be entering our 5th year of business.
You come to Big Mans for something you cant find any where else. Our flavors revolve around cumin, cinnamon, cayenne and ginger. Big Mans is not afraid of pushing the envelope and blending ethnicities to bring fusion that will leave your mouth watering and wondering what just happened.
Cooking only over a wood fire Rotisserie and BBQ our food stands out just like the characters that are cooking it. Everything is made from scratch and with Love. Much of my food experience has been internationally influenced over the years through river travel and exploration. We make Chutney from local seasonal fruit. Our Hot sauce, Sweaty Teddy's is made in House by a local river guide Ted Horsch. Our Chickens are free range Draper Valley birds, salt cured and slow roasted to the utmost perfection. We have weekly specials that include ingredients from around the Columbia River Gorge while keeping our flavors unique and one of a kind. Come on by and step into a siesta on the lawn after enjoying a five star meal on a paper plate.
