Waterfire is a small producer of premium artisanal wines on the slopes above Torch Lake, Michigan. We specialize in estate grown, underrepresented varietals--Sauvignon Blanc and Gruner Veltliner.

As Michigan’s first Certified Sustainable vineyard, we go to great lengths to protect the landscape around us, using no herbicides and low risk pesticides, minimizing impacts to air and water, caring for our employees and making some delicious and superior wines in the process.
We specialize in regionally underrepresented European varieties - Sauvignon Blanc and Grüner Veltliner - and we also produce superb Rieslings.
