Getting fit and reaching your goals is about balance, motivation and most of all having fun at what you do. I don't believe in protein shakes, supplements, carb-free diets or other silly tricks. Growing up in Congo I had never heard of those, and managed to get in shape by doing what I love: working out AND eating! My training strengths lie in cardio boxing and dance-work outs.
