O'Crowley Irish Tacos
WHAT THE HECK IS AN "IRISH TACO"?
AND, WHAT IS A "POT O'GOLD" FRUIT SALAD?
Here's what you get in the taco:
We soft fry a fresh corn tortilla in pure canola oil and stuff it with our secret Irish taco filling (combination of meat, onions, spices, sauces, jalapenos, and potatoes that is simmered for hours). After that the customer can choose to add cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, avocado, sour cream, green salsa and topped off with freshly squeezed lime juice.
A perfect way to get all the food groups in one delicious handful.
To make our Pot O'Gold Fruit Salad, we hand cut up a wide variety of fresh fruits. Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, boysenberries, blackberries, peaches, pears, apples, pomegranates, apricots, oranges and bananas are tossed together. The whole bowl of fruit is then smothered with fresh whipped cream that has been sweetened with pure fructose and flavored with aromatic Mexican vanilla.
A healthy and super delicious way to get "stuffed"!
