The Magic Bean Coffee Bazaar will provide the community of Ocracoke with a place to share ideas, talents, and dreams over a cup of fair trade coffee!
The Ocracoke community is an imaginative, intelligent group with few places to gather together in a laid-back, homey atmosphere. The goal of the Magic Bean Coffee Bazaar is to cultivate a creative cooperative that caters to the community’s need for a place to share ideas over coffee, and lounge about on comfortable couches or catch some rays on the back deck and enjoy a tastey guilt free smoothie and locally made pastry. The Magic Bean will also host weekly community engagement projects such as art classes and open mic nights. We will operate year round so that locals and tourists alike, always have a place to gather, plan, or share with their friends in a lively environment that isn’t their home or a bar.
The Magic Bean Coffee Bazaar will serve organic coffee in eco-friendly cups. The beans are regionally roasted and responsibly sourced. This is important because it tastes the best and helps the most people.
Rates: Drinks $ 1- $6
Hours of Operation: 6am-6pm Sunday-Friday, Saturday 6am-12noon
