A recently renovated Wetherspoons, conveniently located on Church Square. High quality, low cost food and drinks are our speciality.
We're a Wetherspoons pub located on Church Square, close to local rail and bus links. We pride ourselves on our affordable meal options, made from high quality ingredients, as well as our many different food clubs held throughout the week,
Monday Club - Huge price reductions on your favourite food and drinks.
Tuesday - Steak Club - A range of freshly cooked steak and grill options, served with a drink for £6.25.
[Wing It!] Wednesday - Chicken Club - Our chefs serve up our signature peri-peri chicken dishes, as well as other delicious alternatives. Served with a drink for £6.25.
Thursday - Curry Club - Every Thursday we become the nations biggest curry house, serving classical Indian cuisine, as well as some British interpretations. Served with a drink for £5.49.
Friday - Fish Friday - Try our hand-battered large cod and chips, served with a non-alcoholic drink for £5.99 or an alcoholic option for £6.99.
Sunday - Sunday Club - The traditional British Sunday roasts are prepared fresh for our customers. Choose from roast beef, roast chicken or a vegetarian mozzarella and lentil bake. Served with a drink for £6.25.
Fancy a drink? We have a massive selection of craft beers and ciders, gourmet gins and spirits as well as real ales. Alongside this we serve more traditional draught and bottled products. There is also a full range of soft drinks available. What we're most proud of is our coffee range; purchase a filter coffee from our pubs before 2pm and enjoy unlimited free refills!
We gladly welcome children, however due to the terms of our licence we do ask that any families entering with children all purchase meals on their visit.
Finally, although our dress code is typically casual, on weekend nights we do not allow sports wear.
