St. Florian used water set aside for the next day's brew to extinguish a catastrophic fire. What a hero! In the face of danger, firefighters turn to St. Florian for protection.
A thumbs-up of respect goes to the Saint for safeguarding our family's hero from worse fate. Our Brewmaster, a local Fire Captain, suffered only minor burns while on-duty at one tragic scene. Others aren't always as lucky. We took that night as a sign to pursue our dreams by opening St. Florian's Brewery.
