Due to poor returns from dairying and no longer content with only supplying milk only as a wholesaler, we decided we wanted to diversify. As lovers of good ice cream, and with a lack of ice cream manufacturers in the area, we made the decision to produce our own high quality ice cream and there was no better way to do it than using fresh whole milk from our own herd.
