Morgan's Cat Cafe is the Hudson Valley's first "Cat Cafe". A destination where you enjoy gourmet, healthy luncheon items, smoothies, tea, baked goods, and of course enjoy time with healthy, adoptable kittens and cats.
As a non profit (please donate!), the cafe helps homeless cats, and offers our community yet another place to relax, socialize, and enjoy our always entertaining feline friends.

Russell J Baldwin was taught about the restaurant industry thanks his father Joe,graduate (1974 CIA) and current Organic Farmer and his mom Mary, who taught him the importance of attention to details.
The combination all this led him create the concept FAST FOOD & HEALTHY.

Welcome to Taste Budd’s Cafe, a community coffee house and local den featuring fair trade organic coffees, handmade chocolates and pastries, house baked bread, panini sandwiches, soups and salads, visual art shows every month and live music three times a week!
Our great coffee and free wifi means you can come enjoy a fresh brewed cup while working, reading, or lounging. We are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!
