Janie Branch and Caroline Cunnington are sisters who are registered home bakers in Norfolk. Having done a lot of baking to raise money for charitable events, the sisters realised it was something they enjoyed doing and decided that it would be something they pursued as a business. The name, Jay B Bakes, is a tribute to a much loved son/nephew and mother whom they lost at the latter end of 2012. The business is in honour of these two wonderful people.
