Our usual menu includes: Smoked Brisket Sandwiches, Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken and Baby Back Ribs served with your choice of Truffle Mac & Cheese, Pit Master Baked Beans, Homemade Slaw, Smoked Corn on the Cob, etc. For each event we offer other delicious food items as specials.
