Bar Brunel opened on the 5th December 2012 and has established itself as the number choice for cocktails in Bridgwater. The bar has been created with an industrial theme and is heavily influenced by Isambard Kingdom Brunel. Please come and sample our fabulous range of cocktails; from Mojitos to Margaritas, Woo Woos to Daiquiris, there's something to tickle everyone's tastebuds and in the most exclusive and unique surroundings.

The pub takes its name from Bridgwater's famous carnival. First held in 1882, the carnival takes place every year on the first Saturday in November, and has its origins in the Gunpowder Plot of 1605. The carnival claims to be the largest and most spectacular night-time event of its kind held anywhere in the world.
