We hope to eventually (very shortly after opening) purchase all of our chocolate and coffee from small family farmers in Chiapas, Mexico, where one of the owners and his family spend the winter. We hope also to purchase chocolate and coffee that has been processed in Chiapas, thereby adding as much value and profit to the people who produce the product as possible.
