With 20+ years’ experience in the hospitality industry, The Central Coast Cocktail Company owners and key management are well established within the business of successful bars. With worldwide experience of set up, operating and consulting at some of the world’s finest venues and locations including London, New York, Cape Town, Dubai, Spain, Chicago, Miami and Spain to name a few Jamie Terrell brings a wealth of experience and passion to the Central Coast Cocktail Company.
Jamie is an accomplished and highly experienced drinks industry professional with over 20 years “On Premise credentials”, across the UK, Europe, the United States and Asia Pacific region. Jamie has left the corporate world to follow his dream of opening and owning his own bar.
On a fishing trip to the Entrance on the Central Coast Jamie and business partner Harvinder discovered the venue that that was to become the Central Coast Cocktail Company by chance and there has been no looking back since.
Jamie commenced his ‘illustrious’ career in the drinks industry in the 1990’s working in the Spanish Canary Islands. A British national, he returned to the UK and worked in some of London’s most influential cocktail bars, including the Atlantic Bar and Grill, considered one of the blueprints for the city’s cocktail scene, along with opening Soho’s infamous LAB bar (London Academy of Bartenders), initially a bar school with a cocktail list of over 200.
Jamie’s passion for his chosen trade led to international consultancy projects creating bespoke cocktail menus and training engagement programs. He has competed in and won several competitions and judged a few too. Jamie’s flair for the media saw him host a cocktail series on Bravo TV demonstrating the art of cocktail making and the history of wines, beers and spirits.
