Casey Brewing and Blending will specialize in old-world brewing techniques such as mixed culture fermentations (saccharomyces, brettanomyces, lactobacillus and more) occurring completely in used oak barrels.
We're incredibly proud to live in a state where every single ingredient we could need is grown. Colorado ingredients will be used in every step of our production, from the grains, hops and yeast cultures to the fresh fruits showcased in many of our specialty blends.
