The organisation behind the café is Mellemfolkeligt Samvirke (ActionAid Denmark), which is a human rights organisation fighting for global justice, equality, diversity and sustainability. Values that will be found in the café.
Besides Café MellemFolk, Mellemfolkeligt Samvirke also have a hostel and another café. They are called GlobalHagen and MellemRummet, and both can be found in Copenhagen.
