The Blue Gin is the bar of the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel and Resort. Open everyday
from 18:30 till 2am, the interior composed of sofas and leather bridges * that
melt into the space, is comfortable and cosy.
The cocktail bar whose quality and reputation is well known in the Principality,
continues to distil it's delicate aphrodisiacs and has a new wine and apertif menu.
The terrace is sumptuous and infinite.
Its new glass railings, show the sea and the mythical Monte-Carlo Beach.
Equiped with High tables, and Salon lounges, this new 'waterfront' invites you to taste and to celebrate.
The musical programming with such DJ's as Nicolas Saad, Cedric Laluna, Georges
Luka and different 'Live Bands' are an integral part of the original festive concept that marry the view and the eyes and the sense of taste.
And what of this taste? Marcel Ravin Chef Etolie* Star Chef has signed a menu of
finger food both generous and audacious.
Moreover, the Blue Gin offers a high quality of service with access boat (under reservation only), and valet parking or public parking.

Ouvert tous les jours de 18h30 à 2h, l'intérieur confort et cosy, se compose de canapés et bridges en cuir qui se fondent dans l’espace.
Le bar à cocktails, dont la qualité et la réputation ont été maintes fois reconnues en Principauté, continu de distiller ces délicats aphrodisiaques et s'agrémente d’une nouvelle carte de vins et d’apéritifs.
La terrasse, quant à elle, est somptueuse et infinie. Ses nouvelles balustrades en verre font apparaître la mer et le mythique Monte-Carlo Beach... Aménagée de tables hautes et de salons lounges, ce nouveau « Waterfront » vous invite sans retenu au "farniente", à la dégustation mais aussi à la fête.
La programmation musicale élaborée par des Djs tels que Nicolas Saad, Cedric Laluna, Georges Luka et les différents « Live Band» font partis intégrantes de ce concept original et festif où se marient la vue, l’ouïe et le goût …
