Our iconic 160 acre estate on the Leelanau Peninsula features vineyards, an award winning winery and tasting room, a luxury Inn, a farm-to-table cafe, an equestrian facility, and hiking trails. Black Star Farms Old Mission is just a short drive from downtown Traverse City along the scenic rolling hills of M-37. It features vineyards, a state-of-the-art processing facility that includes our white wine production and distillation program, and a warm and friendly tasting room with a beautiful bar constructed of wine barrels. Our winery and distillery produce some of the most sought after and awarded Michigan wines and spirits. Our luxurious Inn is the perfect place to celebrate life's special moments or to host special events including weddings, corporate retreats, and holiday parties. Enjoy culinary offerings including cooking classes, elegant monthly Harvest Dinners, or casual fresh farmstead fare at the Hearth & Vine Cafe, all located on our Suttons Bay site.
