Aussie Sports Bar and Guesthouse

Aussie Sports Bar and Guesthouse is located in a UNESCO classified original Lao/French style building dating back to the early 20th century. The Guesthouse is also known as Aham Corner Guesthouse situated in Aham Village. We are centrally located at the base of Mount Phousi right in the middle of the historic “old town” and only a two minute walk to the Dara Day Market, a six minute walk to the Night Market and Restaurants, and one minute walk to the Nam Khan River.

Aussie Sports Bar and Guesthouse is located in a vibrant area. There are many bars and restaurants within 100 metres of the guesthouse.

The Aussie Sports Bar offers the coldest beer in Luang Prabang, served straight from the ice. We have both Satellite and Cable T.V. allowing coverage of most international sporting events. The adjoining Restaurant offers a relaxed dining atmosphere serving western cuisine from an all-day menu prepared by Australian trained staff.

The complex is managed by an Australian/Thai couple employing 20 people throughout the bar, restaurant and guesthouse.
