The motivation behind opening the Al-Nakhal was to carry on an Arabian food in an Arabian ambiance besides the ordinary to the vogue savvy public.
In Arabian old times Nakhal (dates) was a temporary relaxation place which provided rest, water and life in the center of the scorching desert.
