WHO Coffee, a home roasting CAFÉ, is founded based on the concept of Third Wave of coffee. It specializes in the home roasting coffee business for specialty coffee in I-Lan, Taiwan. It brings the specialty coffee into life by the way of warmth, sharing, and teaching of coffee so that the wonderful experience of coffee is expected. There are many activities in WHO Coffee such as, to share the experience of establishment, to hold a competition of coffee, to teach the running of coffee bar, and to teach the international license – SCAE. It does not only supply the coffee bean for stores but also teach them the skills of coffee extract. It gives them a guidance of business. WHO Coffee expects that the lovely of specialty coffee can be experienced in life by more and more people.
虎咖啡は、自家焙煎のコーヒー専門店で、台湾の宜蘭（ぎらん）という県にある居心地良いゆったりとした雰囲気の一軒家にお店を構えております。当店では、サードウェーブコーヒーの概念を取り入れたコーヒーマイスターが厳選した新鮮なコーヒー生豆を使用して、こだわりの自家焙煎したコーヒーをご提供しております。自家焙煎のコーヒー豆もご購入いただけます。
また、より多くに人に本格的な自家焙煎コーヒーの良さを知ってもらうために、コーヒー業界に貢献するために、創業交流会、起業セミナー、抽出技術・パフォーマンスを競うコンテストやSCAE コーヒー・ディプロマ・システムの特別講義等を定期的に開催しています。
