Mount Pleasant Winery’s 9,200 square-foot tasting and bottling experience in Branson is nestled on two acres on Green Mountain Drive. The beautiful ledgestone building offers patrons the chance to shop, sample Mount Pleasant’s numerous award-winning wines and even bottle their own wine from a specially designed 600-gallon French oak barrel.

A Glass of History
Mount Pleasant Winery has over 150 years of winemaking experience. In 1859, two brothers from Germany, George and Frederick Muench, established Mount Pleasant Winery in Augusta, Mo. Today, Mount Pleasant grows 12 grape varieties on 70 acres. In 2008, the winery expanded to Branson with its second location.

Learn to swirl, sip and savor like a pro! Guests will learn the basics of wine appreciation from our experienced wine educators

Bottle Your Own Dessert Wine
Visitors have the unique opportunity to bottle their own dessert wine from a specially designed 600-gallon French oak barrel.The bottles of wine make a great souvenir or gift with a personal touch.

Mount Pleasant is the largest Missouri winery to practice sustainable viticulture, an integrated system of wine grape growing that is economically viable, socially supportive and ecologically sound.
