Founded in 2013 as an alternative to the big box/strip mall. We encourage our guests to sit down relax enjoy all that Northern Michigan has to offer. We strive to make our shops a fun location with new and exciting things going on throughout the summer months. From concerts, to free kids magic shows and our annual craft show you'll never know what you may find at Latitude 44. Shop in our boutiques, sit at our unique warehouse bar and enjoy locally brewed true keg root beer, ice cream, Italian sodas, full coffee bar or find those candies from days gone by in our sugar shack. Latitude 44 is truly an "Up North Original" where loitering is encouraged and taking life too seriously is not allowed
