NL: De Rozenknop is een huiskamer waar velen zich thuis voelen en waar vele verschillende karakters zich moeiteloos mengen tot een mooi en bont gezelschap.
Jong en oud delen verhalen aan de bar, arm en rijk maken een dansje met elkaar, geaardheid of nationaliteit maken geen verschil, bij ons is iedereen gelijk en dat hebben we hoog in het vaandel staan. Of het nu beneden in het café is, of tijdens de activiteiten in de bovenzaal.
Daarnaast voelen we ons verbonden met Eindhoven als stad en houden we van de Brabantse gemoedelijkheid en Bourgondische levensstijl, hetzij soms in een Amerikaans jasje vanwege de voorliefde voor de zwoele zuidelijke Amerikaanse staten. Die in dat opzicht weer niet zoveel verschillen van het Brabantse.
We werken zoveel mogelijk samen met lokale leveranciers. Zo halen we onze wijnen bij wijnhuis Varna, enkele deuren verder. De koffie bonen worden gebrand door koffiebranderij Bean Brothers aan de Bergstraat.
We hebben een ruim assortiment aan bieren, waaronder de streekbieren Beerze en de Kat. Daarnaast o.a. Leffe Dubbel en Blond, Hoegaarden, Raadler, Westmalle Dubbel en Tripel, Karmeliet Tripel, LaChouffe, Duvel, Vedett IPA, Corona, Palm, Liefmans, Oud Bruin.
We hebben altijd twee rode en twee witte wijnen en regelmatig een seizoenswijn. Daarnaast serveren we natuurlijk een lekkere frisse rosé.

Downstairs you’ll find (yourself in) a classy and unique café where elements of the old typical Dutch brown café are mixed with more modern influences. It’s a place where all different kinds of people are drinking, talking and eating together, no matter their background, gender or whatever. This has been a key value of this place since they opened up; it’s a living room for all kinds of people no matter who you are.

That’s why entering the place sometimes gives you the feeling you’re stepping into a painting or a play with so many different unique characters.
Besides the ground floor café and dining place, there is a nostalgic upstairs room that’s used for concerts, lectures and parties.
In ‘t Rozenknopje there’s live music almost every day, either in the upstairs nostalgic room or on the cozy downstairs stage. During weekends our DJ’s play their vinyl records.
The kitchen can be described as European. If you expect the typical pub food, you’re wrong (guess again). Our 2 chefs prepare their food daily fresh, with mostly local ingredients to give you a restaurant quality in an inspiring ambiance.
We have 3 different local beers (Dommelsch, Beerze and de Kat) and several special beers like Westmalle, Leffe, Hoegaarden, Duvel, LaChouffe, Vedett IPA and many more!
